Job summary

Ripple is hiring a Program Manager on the Ripple Impact team to scale employee giving and volunteering globally. You will manage CSR software, organize volunteer events, and craft communications to engage employees in cross-border partnerships with nonprofits and academia. Travel up to 20–25% is expected.

This role requires in-person relationship building and a passion for social impact within a fast-paced, global company. Salary ranges are stated for NY-based applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in social impact, CSR, and employee engagement within a global company.
• Direct experience managing CSR platforms (Deed or similar) and donation matching workflows.
• Ability to identify, capture and synthesize data and drive program adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support Ripple’s Director of Social Impact to maintain global leadership in CSR.
• Administer CSR software, manage global matching donations, and build fundraising/volunteer pages.
• Increase program awareness and engagement through education and communications.
