Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience in an animal health research facility.
Understanding of US FDA CVM cGMP expectations.
Ability to set priorities and manage multiple studies.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans from initiation to closure.
Collaborate with Americas CRO leaders to create and manage budgets and timelines.
Establish milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
Monitor progress and mitigate risks related to scope, cost, timing, and quality.
Drive decision-making through structured facilitation and escalation.
Ensure facility safety and compliance during projects.
