Molex is seeking a Global Risk Analyst to assess customer creditworthiness, quantify risk exposure, and guide business decisions for long‑term value. You will own a portfolio of accounts, delivering insights to balance growth with prudent risk management.

You'll partner with commercial teams, monitor risk trends, and provide transparent analytics to support profitable decisions while driving process improvements and upholding our Core Values and Principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Business or related field.
• Strong experience with Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation) Word and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) necessary for professional interactions with both external and internal contacts
• Ability to proactively engage in a rapidly changing business environment while demonstrating a high level of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated with ability to define problems, multi‑task, meet deadlines, and be a collaborative team player

Responsabilités

• In alignment with Molex's risk philosophy, completing financial analyses and reviews for the purpose of understanding counterparty risk, determining appropriate credit limits and terms for new and existing customers
• Active portfolio ownership of assigned customer base to monitor and maintain credit risk exposures
• Collaborating and developing partnerships with commercial teams by providing actionable input and recommendations for business risk decisions
• Providing commercial teams with transparency to portfolio performance and risks to help drive profitable decisions
• Continuously seeking opportunities through innovation for process improvement and system optimization
• Advance our Principle-Based Management culture by applying and reinforcing the company's Core Values and Principles
