Job summary

NAPA seeks a Senior Manager of Cost Management in Atlanta to lead end-to-end cost optimization across a multi‑billion‑dollar procurement portfolio. You will develop advanced cost models, perform variance analysis, and coordinate with Engineering, Sourcing and Pricing to manage inflation and drive value.

You will steer supplier negotiations, build detailed cost frameworks with teardown insights, and mentor a team of cost professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive cost management experience.
• 5+ years in supplier contract negotiation and cost control initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cost management of multi-billion-dollar procurement across a global supplier network.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost models to analyze and forecast product cost changes.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms and total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with engineering during teardown and should-cost modeling to identify cost drivers.
• Lead budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing cost management team.
