Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 12+ years in corporate security, government, intelligence, or related fields.
• Experience leading mature, enterprise-scale security programs and risk reduction.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships across diverse enterprise functions and leadership levels.
• Active external network across private sector security peers and government communities.
• Experience supporting 24/7 operations, fusion centers, or similar environments.
• Willingness to operate outside normal business hours and respond to urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Own Dell's global Duty of Care and people-risk programs, maintaining maturity and credibility.
• Serve as a visible internal advocate for Corporate Security across HR, Global Mobility, Government Affairs, Insider Risk, EHS, and leadership.
• Act as senior escalation point for incidents and crises, coordinating with the OFC for executive decision-making.
