Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date Spring 2028.
• Strong interest in investments, corporate finance, credit analysis, fixed income markets, or institutional asset management.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast paced, and global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support investment professionals in underwriting, evaluation, and monitoring of debt investments.
• Conduct financial statement analysis and credit evaluations of borrowers.
• Research industries, companies, and market trends to assess investment risks and opportunities.
• Assist in evaluating borrower creditworthiness through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Prepare investment summaries, research reports, credit reviews, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global offices and industry teams on investment analysis and underwriting activities.
