Nexthink is seeking a seasoned Corporate/Global Controller to lead global accounting, consolidate US GAAP, and drive robust internal controls. The role reports to the CFO and shapes financial strategy across a fast-growing, multinational environment.

We require CPA with 15+ years in public/PE-backed companies, strong SEC expertise, and a proven ability to manage a global team and complex audits. Hybrid work and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 15+ years of accounting experience in public company and PE-backed firms with revenue over $300M.
• Must have been a Corporate/Global controller in a scaled environment.
• 5 years in major public accounting firm.
• Experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls preferred.
• Experience scaling accounting operations in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience supporting M&A activity.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.
• Experience managing a global team and interacting with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global controllership functions: financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, revenue, GL, AP, tax, and financial systems.
• Oversee global consolidated US GAAP audits and local statutory audits.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including consolidation and financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
• Lead in building internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) per COSO.
• Develop and maintain global financial systems and processes; drive automation and AI adoption.
• Support M&A activities.
• Drive audit committee meeting agendas and materials.
• Collaborate with FP&A on reporting for senior leadership, budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing global team.
