Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in San Francisco seeks an Analyst in the Global Corporate Banking Technology coverage group to support development and execution of comprehensive banking solutions for technology clients.

You will work with senior bankers, clients, and partners worldwide to deliver tailored solutions, build financial models, and participate in debt capital markets activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must obtain FINRA Series 79, Series 63, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses within three months of hire.
• Strong corporate finance, analytical, credit and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with client management, idea generation and business initiatives.
• Prepare presentation and marketing materials for client meetings and transaction execution.
• Participate in all phases of debt capital markets and syndicated and leveraged finance origination, execution, and syndication.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate credit ratings, debt capacity and capital structures.
• Develop understanding of bank products (lending, capital markets, treasury services, risk management).
• Conduct industry research and comparable company and transaction analysis.
• Coordinate and drive efforts with management, deal teams and product partners globally.

As an Analyst in the Global Corporate Banking Technology coverage group, you will bring intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to support the development and execution of comprehensive banking solutions for our clients. Global Corporate Banking sits within JPMorganChase’s Commercial & Investment Bank and serves small-, mid-, and large-cap companies with a broad range of traditional banking services and investment banking solutions. You will work closely with senior bankers, clients, and partners around the world to deliver tailored solutions to leading Technology companies.

Job Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with overall client management responsibilities, idea generation and business initiatives, as well as interact and build relationships with clients
• Prepare presentation and marketing materials for use in client meetings and transaction execution, covering topics such as financing alternatives, capital markets activity, capital structure and credit ratings
• Participate in all phases of debt capital markets and syndicated and leveraged finance origination, execution, and syndication
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate implied credit ratings, debt capacity, creditworthiness, and the impact of various capital structures
• Develop a working understanding of all bank products (lending, capital markets, treasury services, risk management)
• Conduct industry research and comparable company and transaction analysis
• Coordinate, organize, and drive efforts with management, deal team members and product partners across the Commercial & Investment Bank, globally
