Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Mechatronics Engineering is required.
• Strong PLC programming and control systems experience.
• Experience leading automation improvements and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs electricians and plant staff in troubleshooting electrical problems on equipment of varying size and complexity.
• Leads process improvement efforts and manages automation tasks directly or through internal/external resources.
• Oversees capital projects from scope development through commissioning and documentation, possibly including mechanical aspects.
• Maintains electrical standards and best practices across the division(s).
• Supports 24/7 manufacturing operations, including on-call and weekend work.
