Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a paralegal, contract specialist or similar support role in a law firm, corporate law department or large company.
• Experience drafting and managing a wide range of contract types under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently within an international organization.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Completing end-to-end contract management actions from submission through storage, with digital workflow improvements.
• Overseeing or supporting contract negotiations with vendors, teams and third parties.
• Working with enterprise contract management platform and related tools.
• Collaborating with Nike attorneys, contract specialists, paralegals and stakeholders on contracting matters.
• Project-managing initiatives and developing training materials on legal topics.
