• Proven ability to build or transform a global compliance program and governance framework.
• Strong leadership of geographically dispersed teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global compliance function across regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
• Partner with the Chief Legal & Risk Officer and senior leadership to address compliance risks and support business objectives.
• Drive IPO and public-company readiness, governance, controls, audits, and related programs.
