Medisca, a global healthcare solutions company, seeks a Compliance Manager to lead regulatory initiatives across FDA, Health Canada, TGA and EMA. You will design and oversee the vendor qualification program, manage cross‑functional teams, and drive regulatory strategy across markets including Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science related field is required.
• 5–7 years in a managerial role in Quality, Compliance or Regulatory Affairs; total experience around 10 years.
• Knowledge of FDA, Health Canada, TGA and EMA regulations.
• Knowledge in project management is essential.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook and Excel) knowledge is required.
• Creatio and MasterControl knowledge is an asset.
• Strong writing skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and execute compliance initiatives across global jurisdictions.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation while ensuring compliance.
• Liaise with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, IT and Product Management for cross‑functional execution.
• Lead project meetings, provide status updates and communicate risks to leadership.
• Track milestones and deliverables; ensure vendor governance aligns with requirements.
• Develop and deliver regulatory training for cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to corporate compliance strategy and global quality initiatives.
