Job summary

Jasco Products Company in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Process & Compliance Administrator to drive regulatory compliance initiatives with an engineering focus across the organization. This role develops, implements, and improves processes to support evolving compliance requirements and ensure timely execution of activities across U.S., Canadian, and global markets.

The role works cross-functionally with engineering, sourcing, quality, product management, and leadership to support compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years PC experience in Microsoft Office with an intermediate to advanced skill level on Excel.
• Ability to prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and management communications.
• Familiarity with standards and regulations such as UL, FCC, CPSC, DOE, TSCA, PFAS, and related requirements is preferred.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and process automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and maintains awareness of U.S. federal, state and Canadian regulatory requirements across U.S., Canada and global markets.
• Develops engineering compliance processes to support evolving regulatory requirements and improve efficiency.
• Gathers compliance requirements, translates them into actionable project plans and communicates status, risks, and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Supports and manages supplier compliance programs, including chemical disclosures, certifications, and testing requirements.
• Develops automated reporting, tracking systems, and dashboards to monitor compliance status and report to leadership.
