Job summary

Nexxen International is seeking a Communications Manager in New York City to join our Marketing & Communications team. The role offers a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and remote work for the rest.

The role focuses on writing, content development, and supporting management across PR and marketing in global regions. Expect collaboration, media outreach, and coordination of award submissions to boost visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, communication, public relations or marketing.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; PR agency experience welcomed.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to distill complex topics.
• Experience writing and editing in AP Style.
• Established relationships with journalists in business, tech, and advertising.
• Knowledge of marketing, PR, media relations, advertising and social media trends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel, potentially internationally.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic communications plans, messaging and content for corporate announcements and product launches.
• Manage earned and paid media opportunities to raise Nexxen visibility.
• Coordinate go-to-market and PR/Marketing efforts with global team.
• Manage awards submissions for thought leadership and speaking opportunities.
• Oversee PR files, contacts and intranet content.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support relationships with partners, sponsors and committees.
• Collaborate with management to set and evaluate communication goals.
