Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or supplier management.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global contract manufacturing strategy for Advanced Mobility.
• Establish scorecards and governance to drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Identify productivity opportunities through supplier negotiations, lead time reduction, and waste minimization.
• Strengthen process control and manufacturing capability across external partners with Quality and Manufacturing Technology.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the contract manufacturing network to ensure continuity.
• Translate growth forecasts into supplier capacity requirements for new products.
• Lead cross-functional improvement efforts with strategic contract manufacturers.
