Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across offices and time zones. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and coordinate cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end initiatives.

In this role you will scale Cloud’s resource management, drive data-driven decisions, and oversee hardware lifecycle and capacity to support external customers globally. Competitive compensation includes bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in capacity planning.
• Experience with technical environments such as Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust technical processes to scale Cloud’s resource management.
• Maintain analytics to understand obscure problems, propose data-driven solutions, support proposed solutions, and own and manage the execution.
• Have stewardship of regional health of Cloud's availability zones across the globe, managing complexity, cost, and risk with cross-functional teams.
