Job summary

Zai Lab in South San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead global operational strategy and execution of clinical trials, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery across study start-up to close-out.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendors, develop study plans, and ensure TMF and related documents meet ICH-GCP standards. Prior global study management experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific or health-related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical industry with 5 years in study management or equivalent.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams to ensure trials progress as planned.
• Oversee overall operational strategy, site selection/start-up, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and finalize study plans including vendor oversight, risk and quality management, and TMF.
• Ensure TMF creation and QC, and support EDC, IxRS, and CTMS data maintenance.
