Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead global clinical trials in the medical device domain. You will own end-to-end study operations, manage site relationships, enrollment, and regulatory submission packages to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and experience with CMFs, TMF, and CRO oversight. Travel approx. 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical research execution in medical devices.
• Experience leading end-to-end clinical trial execution in medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of a portfolio of complex clinical research projects globally.
• Manage day-to-day clinical study operations including site relationships and enrollment tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all sites and manage TMF documentation.
• Coordinate with Clinical, Regulatory, Data Management, Quality and Medical Affairs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Lead study team meetings and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
