Job summary

Celcuity is hiring a Senior Manager, Clinical Supply to lead global clinical supply strategies and ensure uninterrupted supply of IMPs, comparators, and trial materials. The role requires GMP/regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration across Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Development teams.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end supply planning, forecasting, and vendor engagement, driving efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced, evolving biotech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of global clinical drug supply experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trial supplies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Strong interpersonal skills across levels.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple processes.
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end clinical supply strategies for Phase I–III.
• Forecast demand and create supply plans by protocol and enrollment.
• Manage packaging, labeling, distribution, returns and destruction.
• Coordinate global supply distribution and monitor inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation for clinical trial materials.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Development teams.
• Support vendor engagement, including contracts and invoices.
