Job summary

Gates MRI in Cambridge, MA seeks a Clinical Supply Lead to drive clinical supply strategy, planning, and governance across development programs and studies. You will lead internal and external teams, interface with vendors, and ensure compliant, on-time delivery of investigational products globally.

The role requires 10–15 years in clinical supply, strong collaboration, and cGMP/GxP knowledge. A relocation package is offered for on-site relocation to Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in clinical supply within pharmaceutical/biotech/vaccine industries.
• Experience managing clinical supply for international studies and outsourced models.

Responsibilities

• Lead blended internal/external teams to drive accountability and results.
• Interface with external service providers ensuring clear responsibilities and governance.
• Oversee partner performance, milestones, KPIs, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain demand assumptions with Clinical Operations, CMC, and Project Management.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and distribution meet regulatory and country requirements.
• Oversee supply activities including manufacturing, packaging, inventory, and global distribution.
• Maintain sufficent supply to ensure dosing and study continuity.
