Job summary

Eikon Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain to manage investigational medicinal product supplies across the global clinical portfolio. Lead demand planning, supply at CMOs/depots, and essential documents, serving on Study Management and CMC Teams for assigned programs.

You will translate trial assumptions into forecasts, oversee packaging, distribution, and regulatory activities, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure uninterrupted drug supply through

Qualifications

• Clinical Supply Chain experience is required; experience with packaging, distribution, and depots.
• Fast-paced, highly matrixed environment; cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements: cGMP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 13.
• Experience with global trials and supply chain best practices.

Responsibilities

• Forecast clinical drug supply from trial assumptions and manage distribution plans.
• Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain execution and support study teams.
• Serve as liaison to CMC, Study Management, and QA teams.
• Coordinate labeling, packaging, and regulatory adaptations with vendors.
• Oversee study budget and vendor invoicing.
• Maintain RTSM/UAT for supply-related changes and documentation.
