Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support sponsor-driven trials globally. You will conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, ensuring protocol compliance and patient safety throughout the trial lifecycle.

Collaboration with investigators and site staff is essential to facilitate smooth study conduct, data review, and query resolution. You will also contribute to study documentation and reports while traveling up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
• Contribute to study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.
