Job summary

Millipore Corporation in the United States (Massachusetts) seeks an experienced Compound Operational Lead to oversee global clinical program operations from FiH to launch. You will guide strategic planning, governance deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure trials are patient-centric, compliant, and timely.

The role requires 12+ years in complex, global clinical programs and strong leadership in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of direct experience leading complex global clinical trial programs.
• Extensive project management experience in diverse settings and matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global clinical operational strategy across multiple trials and indications within budget and timelines.
• Represent GDO within the GPT and serve as the main operational contact for the program.
• Prepare and present operational content at governance discussions (DU, PPG, iPRC, R&DCM).
• Drive execution of operational components of global clinical programs with strong PM and leadership.
• Oversee program budgets and CAPAs to meet financial and compliance standards.
• Mentor cross-functional team members in a matrix environment.
