Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) seeks a Clinical Development Lead for Toxicology and Drug Testing to serve as the strategic clinical authority. You will bridge medical insights and evidence generation, defining programs that translate unmet patient needs into validated diagnostic solutions for global markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams across regulatory, clinical, and medical affairs, focusing on evidence generation, regulatory submissions, and lifecycle management while traveling up

Qualifications

Ph.D./M.D./D.O./Pharm.D. with 8+ years or a Master’s with 12+ years of progressive, relevant experience.
Experience with clinical toxicology, laboratory medicine, addiction medicine, clinical chemistry, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead global clinical strategy for complex toxicology programs to ensure clinical utility and market differentiation.
Interact with global regulatory bodies to accelerate product registrations and provide scientific responses to agency questions.
Incorporate Real-World Evidence into clinical strategies to strengthen product claims and support lifecycle decisions.
Cultivate relationships with international Key Opinion Leaders and academic partners to support portfolio leadership.
Drive global communication strategies to reinforce Roche’s scientific leadership at major medical congresses.
