Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Principal, Global Talent Hub Clinical Lead to translate a global talent strategy into scalable clinical operations. You will partner with Clinical, Strategy, Global Talent and external vendors to design a compliant operating model and drive end-to-end transitions.

Lead governance on role localization, credentialing, licensure, and supervision, while building global teams and delivering measurable value with quality and safety at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical operations, transformation, or delivery roles.
• Experience leading global clinical delivery models (GCC/GBS).
• Strong regulatory knowledge across licensure and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to steer cross-functional initiatives and end-to-end transitions.
• Experience with utilization management, case management or pharmacy support.
• Ability to balance cost, quality, speed, and regulatory priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise clinical global talent strategy into execution with wave-based plans.
• Partner across Clinical, Enterprise Strategy, Global Talent and vendors to define operating model.
• Lead governance to determine optimal role location with licensure and compliance.
• Establish guardrails for globalization of clinical roles and documentation.
• Design and lead clinical transition planning, including vendor engagement.
• Account for credentialing, licensure, supervision, and quality checks in transitions.
• Build and scale global clinical and non-clinical teams with Talent Acquisition.
• Establish supervision structures and on-site leadership for safe delivery.
• Implement end-to-end process ownership with quality metrics and SLAs.
• Prepare for audits, accreditation, and client assurance with data privacy controls.
• Design governance and value tracking for role transitions and cost-to-serve.
• Identify regulatory/workforce risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across Legal, Compliance and executives.
• Develop executive communications showing strategy, progress and value.
