Perficient is seeking a senior client leader with deep healthcare manufacturing knowledge to steer a major, multi-year Adobe Experience Platform re-platform and enterprise search program. You will be the primary Perficient leader for the client’s day-to-day governance, strategy, and executive engagement, guiding the relationship and outcomes.

You bring a consulting background, high standing in healthcare manufacturing, and the strategic range to advise on business and program direction.

Perficient is looking for a senior client leader with deep healthcare manufacturing industry knowledge to lead one of Perficient's largest global programs, a strategic client in the middle of a multi-year Adobe experience platform re-platform and the enterprise search program built alongside it. You own the day-to-day leadership relationships with the client's program leads and stakeholders, the program's financial performance and governance, and the point of view that shapes where the client goes next. Strong candidates bring a consulting background, real standing in healthcare manufacturing, and the strategic range to advise the client on their business as well as their program.

This is the client leadership seat, and it is dedicated to a single client. A Director of Global Program Delivery runs delivery and owns whether it lands on the date. A Perficient executive sponsor sits above the relationship for escalation and enterprise alignment. You are the senior Perficient leader the client's program leads and stakeholders work with every day. You bring the industry perspective, set the strategy for the relationship, and make the decisions delivery leadership should not have to wait on. If your strongest contribution is a polished executive business review, this role will underuse you.
