Job summary

Little Caesars Pizza is seeking a senior professional to lead the development of dairy ingredients, with a focus on cheese. Based in Detroit, you will guide formulations, scale up production, and test ingredients while ensuring quality and safety across global supplier networks.

You will collaborate with R&D, QA, Supply Chain and suppliers to achieve defined product attributes, manage projects, and drive policy improvements. Travel and hands‑on testing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
• 7–10 years in Quality Assurance and R&D in the food industry.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with a results‑oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead ingredient development for dairy, focusing on cheese.
