Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5–10 years leadership experience
• Ability to work in complex project organization with global and local perspectives
• Understanding of automotive market (2nd tier suppliers, OEMs, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor performance of direct reports, providing coaching and guidance.
• Oversee budget execution and alignment with financial goals.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and recommend compensation adjustments.
• Translate objectives into annual departmental goals and KPIs.
• Track monthly progress against KPIs and take proactive action.
• Develop career plans to enhance growth and succession readiness.
• Develop category strategies and ensure supplier performance and alignment.
