Owens & Minor is seeking a Sr. Global Category Procurement Manager - Resins & Latex (NBR) to develop and execute a 12-36 month strategic sourcing plan for key raw materials with an annual spend of about $100M.

Operating in a center-led hybrid framework, you will negotiate, shape contracts, and drive market positioning to reduce costs and strengthen the supply network. You will lead global sourcing, collaborate across R&D, Operations, Finance and Legal, and coach regional teams to deliver

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust 12-36 month global category strategy for resins and NBR latex.
• Diversify sourcing regions to reduce supply chain risk.
• Design index-linked pricing frameworks for favorable terms.
• Drive cost savings through volume incentives and hedging.
• Track macro trends and align inventory with production demand.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Finance and Legal for governance.
• Lead and coach regional procurement resources.
