You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and deliver annual cost savings while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Proven success developing and implementing category strategies in global organizations.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives and complex supplier negotiations.
• Strong supplier relationship management and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global multi-year category strategies aligned with growth and operations.
• Lead market intelligence, supplier assessments, benchmarking, spend analysis, and opportunities.
• Establish category roadmaps focused on cost optimization, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation.
• Lead supplier identification, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs; manage evaluations and selections.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and SRM activities, including BI reviews.
• Lead complex negotiations on pricing, terms, IP protection, and SLAs.
• Deliver annual cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity initiatives.
