IGT is seeking a skilled Game Designer to join our global teams in Austin. You’ll shape casino game concepts from idea to launch, collaborating with developers, artists, mathematicians, and producers to deliver world‑class gaming experiences worldwide.

The role requires deep knowledge of game mechanics, player psychology, and retention strategies, plus strong problem‑solving and communication skills. This position supports ongoing innovation in a dynamic entertainment space.

Competenze

• Experience in game design, ideally in casino, slots, or real‑money gaming with deep knowledge of game mechanics, features, and player engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Mathematics, Art, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Insight into player psychology, game balance, and retention strategies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organization, and communication skills.
