U.S. Bank is seeking a Global Cash Operations Analyst in Saint Paul, MN to support daily cash operations and ensure accurate processing of international payment transactions. You will handle wire processing, payment validation, and client cash postings in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills. Strong Excel proficiency and knowledge of custody operations are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of custody operations and financial services preferable.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer relations focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify wire transactions using established controls and procedures.
• Review and validate payment instructions for accuracy and completeness.
• Process and apply incoming client cash transactions to the correct accounts.
• Support reconciliation activities and resolve exceptions.
• Monitor and respond to requests from a shared team mailbox.
• Research and address operational inquiries and escalations.
