Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking a Global Cash Manager to lead cash management, liquidity optimization, in-house banking, and cross-border cash mobilization across the enterprise.

In this role you will partner with regional finance, tax, legal, accounting and external banking partners to deploy cash, manage intercompany balances, forecast liquidity, and reduce trapped cash.

The position offers hybrid work in Houston with travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cash management function and define operating model, governance, and roadmap.
• Develop scalable cash management capabilities, centralize reporting, and automate processes.
• Manage daily cash positions domestically and internationally across regions.
• Lead liquidity forecasting, KPI monitoring, and trapped cash reduction initiatives.
• Oversee intercompany settlements, intragroup funding, and in-house banking operations.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policy, SOX controls, AML/KYC, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with tax, legal, accounting, and regional teams on cash movements.
