Job summary

Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Richmond, VA to lead complex capital projects valued at $600MM and above. You will manage teams to ensure projects meet safety and environmental standards while working closely with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

This is a full-time, on-site position with relocation required for the project duration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years previous experience in capital project delivery.
• Previous experience managing greenfield projects.
• Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
