Job summary

Qualifications

8–10+ years in capital markets or corporate treasury with leadership.
Experience with debt capital markets, project finance and syndicated lending.
Experience supporting large multinational companies (>$2B revenue).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional transaction workstreams.

Responsibilities

Lead global debt capital markets activities, issuances and refinancings.
Structure and execute project financing including non-recourse facilities.
Coordinate lender and advisor engagement through due diligence to close.
Develop capital structure optimization strategies with cross‑functional teams.
