Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Reinvention Director to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup. You will enable enterprise AI-enabled platforms, digital delivery, and client opportunities with scalable, integrated solutions across HQ and client programs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence senior leaders across global organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation within GCC strategy.
• Minimum of 5 years of expertise in designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformation within GCC/GBS environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, with deep expertise in enterprise tech and interoperability.
• Assess current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend solutions aligned with target operating model and business goals.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and ensure technology decisions support broader goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

The Global Capability Center Capability (GCC) Reinvention Director is an offering-first practitioner responsible for shaping the technology strategy and system architecture that enable successful GCC design and setup. In this role you will provide technology expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving consistent, scalable, and integrated technology solutions

Responsibilities include:

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Working closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Basic Qualifications
