Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large enterprise.
• Proficiency with campaign management tools and data analytics platforms; GenAI/ML experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce primary campaign deliverables and creative concepts per the strategic brief, ensuring quality and on-time delivery with agencies.
• Oversee internal or employee-facing communications strategy aligned to campaign scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, outcomes, and reporting.
• Adopt an audience-centered approach throughout the lifecycle to guide content creation.
• Develop and execute global campaign concepts from ideation to rollout with agencies.
• Provide campaigns, resources, and playbooks for rollout across global markets and first-60-day nurture.
