Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Five years of sourcing and procurement experience, preferably with significant responsibility for MRO services and contractor management in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• CPSM or CIPS certification preferred.
• Experience managing MRO categories, supplier portfolios, and multi-site spend.
• Strong experience in supplier performance management, cost reduction, strategic sourcing, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and category management activities for external service categories.
• Develop category strategies balancing cost, service, quality, risk, and standardization objectives.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, scope bundling, service standardization, and preferred supplier programs.
• Source, evaluate, select, and manage suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and dependable service.
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Ops, and EH&S to meet requirements.
• Monitor market conditions, supplier capacity, and risk to reduce disruptions.
