Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in brand strategy, account planning, or communications strategy.
• Experience leading strategic work for large-scale consumer brands.
• Experience in technology, consumer electronics, telecommunications, or adjacent categories preferred.
• Proven success influencing senior client stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or related field preferred.

• Define and champion brand, communications, and campaign strategies that connect business objectives to human insight.
• Translate market, consumer, and cultural dynamics into strategic direction and frameworks.
• Develop positioning, audience segmentation, and messaging architectures for business and creative decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop growing team of strategists and collaborate across disciplines.
• Lead new business opportunities, including RFP responses, pitch development, and client-facing initiatives.
