Job summary

Educational Testing Service (ETS) seeks a Director of Public Relations to lead international brand communications across markets. You will define strategy, oversee agencies, and coordinate with marketing and product teams to drive revenue and mitigate risk.

The role requires 10+ years in PR/communications, experience shaping country-specific campaigns, and a proven leadership track in a matrix organization. MBA preferred and a strong record in education/assessment sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of public relations/communications experience required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international public relations plans across multiple markets.
• Advise on effective spend and audit/re-strategize campaigns if needed.
• Create brand awareness PR campaigns in domestic and international markets.
• Design country-specific PR campaigns and collaborate with partners and resellers.
• Ensure ethical standards and regulatory compliance in all communications.
