Ornua is seeking a Global Head of Brand Marketing to shape Kerrygold’s future as a globally relevant, premium brand. The role leads long-term strategy, brand equity, and cross-market governance, balancing creativity with commercial rigor through consumer insights and market performance.

The successful candidate will guide brand architecture, communications platforms, and growth priorities while enabling local market execution and collaboration with the Global Innovation teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years experience shaping branding fundamentals in major consumer brands.
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights into growth strategies.
• Experience leading global campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-market teams.
• Adept at fast-paced, results-driven FMCG environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Kerrygold's long-term global brand strategy.
• Define brand positioning, architecture and assets to strengthen premium equity.
• Drive data-driven brand performance and value creation across markets.
• Oversee global communications, creative platforms, and media governance.
• Build and manage cross-functional partnerships and brand governance across units.
• Lead a global brand team with 2+ direct reports and develop capabilities.
