Global Benefits Assistant Vice President to support Aon's Global Benefits Practice. This opportunity offers diversified project and client exposure. The essential duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:
The candidate is expected to implement consulting assignments, including benefit audits, benchmarking, opening for business, M&A, multinational pooling, governance, risk management, global DC consulting, and other types of Global Benefits client projects with very little direction.
The candidate must understand business needs and have proficient project management skill. Must be able to manage revenue and be fully accountable for client relationship building and management. The candidate will manage strategic as well as tactical interaction with assigned clients and coordinate the efforts of a multidisciplinary team of consultants in numerous locations around the world.
The candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue growth goals and expanding the existing client base through prospecting, cross‑selling, and opportunity management.
The candidate is expected to participate, as needed, on task forces, think tanks and special project teams. The ideal candidate will also train and mentor junior team members to help them develop their understanding of Global Benefits and consulting skills.
Salary range for U.S. applicants: $120,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.
Eligible for participation in Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
