Dermalogica, based in Carson, CA, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Global Creative Team. You will shape the future of our brand through diverse design work across campaigns, packaging, and digital assets, collaborating with marketing, product, and agencies to deliver high-impact global initiatives.

The role emphasizes brand storytelling, cross-channel design, and staying ahead of beauty and design trends. Hybrid in-office work is expected at our California headquarters.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in graphic/brand/packaging design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and cross-channel work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Curiosity for new tools and tech with a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
• Video editing & simple motion graphics: Premiere Pro, After Effects is required.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling digital and retail assets for campaigns and product launches.
• Design packaging that reflects Dermalogica’s brand vision and product innovation.
• Campaign concepting and ideation for new product innovations using AI image generation platforms.
• Translate marketing strategies into engaging visuals across platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and global teams.
• Stay on the pulse of beauty, design, and cultural trends to inform creative direction.
• Own the design process and manage multiple projects with on-time delivery of assets.
• Help develop guidelines, templates, and tools for internal teams and external partners.
