Job summary

Club Car, a leader in golf cars, commercial utility vehicles, and personal transport, seeks a seasoned procurement strategist to manage global/regional commodities. You will engage engineering, operations and quality teams to define requirements, qualify suppliers, and execute sourcing strategies.

Responsible for negotiations, portfolio management and continuous improvement programs across regions. You will collaborate with regional NPD teams, drive supplier productivity, and lead cost-reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, supply chain, operations, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage global and/or regional commodity strategy and supplier qualification.
• Engage engineering, operations, and quality to capture commodity requirements.
• Lead supplier negotiations and develop total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Drive productivity through VA/VE and continuous improvement projects.
• Support SRM and quarterly supplier reviews for strategic suppliers.
