Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Managing Director of International Banking to lead and expand relationships with corporate clients in the Commercial Banking unit.

You will oversee strategy, risk and profitability while promoting Foreign Exchange, Global Trade Solutions, and Trade Finance across international markets. The role requires extensive leadership, deep knowledge of FX, trade finance platforms, and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience required.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and retain comprehensive relationships with corporate clients in international banking.
• Provide strategy and counsel on FX, Global Trade Solutions, Global Treasury Solutions, Trade Finance and Canadian Banking Solutions.
• Sell FX and trade finance platforms; liaise with Bank Trading Desk for pricing and execution.
• Identify market opportunities and drive business with CFOs and Finance Managers.
• On-board clients with AML/compliance considerations; resolve post-trade issues.
• Manage risk of assigned portfolio, including annual audits.
• Train and develop junior team members in international banking products.
• Grow profitability and develop new relationships with core markets.
• Participate in sales meetings; ensure portfolio adherence to policies and regulations.
• Network to establish COIs and track sales pipeline.
