Vertical Screen, Inc. in Warminster, PA is seeking Global Researchers to conduct international background checks for clients in over 245 countries. You will verify education, employment, references, and more using phone, mail, or email. Bilingual candidates are strongly desired, especially French speakers.

The position is full-time, on-site from 9:00am to 5:00pm, located in Warminster. The role pays $16.00/hr and offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to work with a global client base.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French or another language besides English preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects
• Ability to maintain confidential and time sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Verify background information for employment and applicant screening via phone, mail, or email.
• Research is completed via contacting vendors and using vendor databases; verify education, employment, references, and records.
• Follow up on research requests to ensure timely turnaround.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction with international services and quality of results.
• Uphold corporate security policies and safeguard client data and resources.
