• 5+ years of experience in the automotive engineering industry.
• Familiarity with automotive quality systems and standards (APQP, PPAP, IATF).
• Experience with Foam In Place (FIP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and sustain efficient production processes to deliver high-quality products.
• Implement and monitor process parameter systems utilizing data gathering techniques.
• Participate in new process design regarding tooling, equipment, and methods.
• Provide engineering support for production teams with troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation.
