SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking an Associate Program Manager to own the overall success of product development programs, coordinating scope, cost, and schedule. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, operations, quality, and marketing to deliver releases on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of PM experience, strong executive presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced consumer goods

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of program management experience.
• Executive presentation skills, collaborative approach.
• Cross-functional leadership & misalignment resolution.
• Strong bias to action and accountability.
• Proven track record of managing several high-visibility, technical, cross-functional projects.
• Strong mastery in MS Project, Excel, Jira, and Visio.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder interaction for successful releases, managing risks, schedule, quality and cost per roadmap.
• Deliver all program elements from ideation to mass production and commercialization.
• Act as Acting General Manager for New Product Development for assigned Product Line.
• Identify program risks and mitigation plans, track progress and pivot as needed.
• Spot resource and knowledge gaps and address them.
• Use metrics and data to drive cross-functional decisions.
• Channel global information to local teams and support the business.
