Job summary

Ipsen seeks a senior leader to guide the Global Asset Team in maximizing asset value from development to commercialization, spanning oncology indications. The role requires shaping strategy, aligning across clinical, regulatory, commercial, and Medical Affairs, and reporting to executive leadership.

The candidate will influence without formal authority, foster innovation, and ensure adherence to R&D SOPs and GCP standards while navigating a complex global matrix environment.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Medical or Life Sciences (MD/PhD/MBA).
  • Global project leadership experience in biotech/pharma.
  • Experience leading cross-functional global matrix teams.
  • Deep oncology knowledge and strong external networks.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory and SOP environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Global Asset Team to maximize asset value.
  • Define development strategies and high-level roadmaps.
  • Oversee operations and drive excellence across functions.
  • Drive lifecycle management from development through commercialization.
  • Represent asset in Ipsen governance committees.
  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with R&D SOPs, GCP, and Ipsen policies.
  • Mobilize resources across a global matrix.
