Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related engineering experience; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Design experience using 2D and 3D drafting and modeling software.
• Material testing and data analysis experience preferred.
• Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.
• Regulatory experience (AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP) required.
• Able to operate in a global cross-functional team environment.
• Effective technical communication/presentation skills with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Application Engineering staff to execute product strategy.
• Align team performance with defined metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies for programs.
• Oversee documentation control and ensure design data accuracy.
• Collaborate on new product development and product launches.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure manufacturability and capabilities.
• Contribute to ERP data management and master data integrity.
